Bradley makes no guarantee of the accuracy of any information related to marketed or serviced properties on the Site. Images of real estate and improvements on the site do not necessarily represent properties marketed or serviced by Bradley.

APPLICABLE BY LAW
By visiting the Site, User agrees that the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms of use as well as any dispute of any sort between User and Bradley which may arise out of User’s use of the Site. User further agrees to only initiate litigation regarding the Site in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and User hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

User agrees to receive electronic communications from Bradley. Bradley may communicate with User, including any notices required under these terms, the Sites’ privacy policy, or law, either by e-mail or by posting notice on the Site. User agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided electronically by Bradley satisfy any requirements that such communications be in writing.
