Rod Ludwig serves as Senior Managing Director of Multi-Housing Management. Rod graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Rod graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He worked over six years for the Internal Revenue Service and an additional three years in public accounting, specializing in taxation before coming to Bradley Company in 1996. Rod has extensive experience in all types of housing including all types of HUD funding, Rural Development 515, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, market rate, student housing, condominiums, and homeowner associations.

Rod’s background in accounting is a great asset to the budgeting and reporting process for the residential properties managed by the company. Rod holds an Indiana Real Estate broker’s license and has obtained the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Financial Manager (CFM) and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) designation from the National Center for Housing Management. Rod also earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
