Randi Whalen joined Bradley Company in June of 2023 as Regional Property Manager, Affordable with our Multifamily Property Management line of business.

Randi comes to Bradley Company with over 18 years of experience in tax credit and conventional housing.  Most notable is her 13-year tenure as a Senior Property Manager at Kittle Property Group. In her role at Bradley Company, she is based out of our Indianapolis office and is responsible for site management functions, property management operations, and supervision of site managers for an assigned portfolio of affordable housing properties in the Central Indiana market.
