Mark Neal is a Principal with Bradley Company, the largest and most trusted, independently-owned commercial real estate solutions provider in Northern Indiana and Western Michigan. Mark joined Bradley in 2015 and focuses on Bradley Company’s strategic initiatives, executive leadership, employee engagement, and business development with other Bradley Company professionals to assist clients in providing solutions to their commercial real estate needs. Mark is active as a developer, asset manager, property manager and broker in his own real estate developments.

Prior to joining the Buttigieg administration, Mark led his own executive and financial management consulting firm investing and advising in early-stage ventures within healthcare IT/SaaS. Previously he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Press Ganey Associates, Inc., the nation’s largest provider of patient satisfaction and quality improvement services after serving more than 25 years in other financial management and leadership positions in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in Indiana, Washington, D.C and Europe, including CTB, Inc., Bulgarian American Enterprise Fund, Overseas Private Investment Corporation and Old Kent Bank. He lived in Innsbruck, Austria and Sofia, Bulgaria and has traveled extensively throughout the US and the world for business and pleasure.

Mark previously served in numerous local and state entities and currently serves in a number of business and non-profit organizations.
