Elise Bassi Igoe is a commercial real estate professional with more than a decade of experience across development, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and property operations. Based in Grand Rapids, she brings a distinctive owner and developer perspective to Bradley Company’s brokerage platform, with an understanding of the financial, operational and market considerations that shape real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Bradley Company, Elise spent nearly a decade with Rockford Construction on its real estate development team, most recently serving as Development Manager. During her tenure, she led acquisitions and dispositions, negotiated commercial leases and development terms, evaluated investment and redevelopment opportunities, and partnered with ownership and executive leadership on development planning and investment strategy. Her experience spans retail, office, multifamily and mixed-use assets throughout West Michigan.
Elise has contributed to notable projects and transactions throughout Grand Rapids, including Grand Rapids Innovation Park, Shinola and Greyson, as well as the transformational mixed-use development on Grand Rapids’ West Side encompassing The Hendrik, Bridge Street Market, Wintrust, office-to-residential redevelopment and the Seventh Street Lofts Building. Her experience encompasses complex mixed-use development, commercial leasing and public-private partnerships, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle and the diverse stakeholders involved in moving projects from opportunity through execution.
