She will draw upon her extensive experience to lead brokerage initiatives in northeastern Indiana, focusing on team development, client relations, and portfolio expansion, while continuing to deliver value and support to her longstanding clients. This strategic hire emphasizes Bradley Company’s ongoing pursuit of excellence and market advancement in Midwest commercial real estate.
Spake-Leeper‘s impressive career spans a diverse portfolio including office, land, industrial, and medical opportunities in northeastern Indiana. In 2023, she became the first female commercial broker to be honored as Indiana’s Commercial Realtor of the Year and was named the Co-Star Leasing Power Broker for northeast Indiana. Her track record includes securing enough office transactions to fill the six largest office buildings in Fort Wayne/Allen County. Formerly a Senior Broker at BND Commercial and Associate Broker at CBRE, Spake-Leeper is recognized for her prowess and dedication to advancing the industry locally.
As a second-generation SIOR designee, Spake-Leeper’s leadership and vision will propel the Fort Wayne office into new opportunities and continued market expansion. Her expertise across all sectors, coupled with her passion for collaboration and teamwork, uniquely positions her to influence the local landscape while fostering the next generation of real estate professionals.

Spake-Leeper holds a BA in Marketing and Public Relations from Ball State University. She is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the highest designation awarded to industrial or office commercial realtors. Currently, she serves as the IN
SIOR Chapter Secretary and on two committees for SIOR nationwide: the Women’s Mentoring/Leadership group and the Independent Business group. Spake-Leeper is also the past President of the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR/CREA), former secretary of the Risk Management Association, and an active member of WOWnet.
Prior to real estate, Spake-Leeper spent over ten years in Fort Wayne’s financial sector, including a VP role at 3Rivers Credit Union. A Fort Wayne native, she actively contributes to her community through various non-profit boards and committees, including Alezheimer’s Association, Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, SCAN, Fort Wayne Women’s Bureau, East Wayne Street Center, Mental Health of America, the American Heart Association, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She has been a YWCA Tribute to Women recipient as well as a Future 40 honoree.
