Kevin Dick, a commercial real estate advisor with over sixteen years of experience, has helped clients solve their real estate needs across eight different states in the Midwest region. Kevin’s professional objective is to always be a good partner with clients, to practice “absolute honesty,” and embody a “hard work ethic.” He is an entrepreneurial individual who actively works to look beyond just a real estate silo when advising people on solutions to their needs. He is a firm believer in being open-handed with information, leading by example, and practicing transparency and integrity in everything he does. These values have been essential to his success in adapting to the growth environment at Bradley Company, from his beginnings as an intern to becoming the youngest Principal at the Indianapolis office, and through three different brand acquisitions during his real estate career. It speaks volumes about Kevin that he has maintained long-term relationships and served his clients with such longevity.
One of his most notable professional accomplishments was guiding his client in the purchase of Circle Tower before it was even officially on the market. Another notable accomplishment was partnering with a small business, helping them navigate obstacles and finding creative solutions to establishing their automotive service shop in Carmel, IN – a rare type of business for the area. He also makes positive contributions to the community with his lifelong church involvement and his more recent involvement with Coram Deo Academy. In the summer of 2022, the K-9 school encountered challenges that prevented them from renewing their lease of the church building and facilities. Kevin readily offered his expertise to help them find real estate at great value that allowed them to continue their mission of quality education and personal enrichment.
