(Kentwood, Michigan) Bradley Company’s Jeff Tucker and Drew Nelson recently brokered the sale of a 37,375 SF retail facility located at 2889 28th Street in Kentwood, Michigan. Tucker and Nelson represented GLC/Grand River Retail in the sale of this property. The property was purchased by L. Walt & Associates, LLC.
Ridgemoor Center is located in one of the fastest growing sections of the 28th Street Corridor, which is one block West from Woodland Mall. Woodland Mall anchors this corridor alongside the busiest intersection in greater Grand Rapids. Woodland recently completed a $100M renovation that included increased upscale establishments. In Q4 2020, Whole Foods Market announced they would locate directly across from the Woodland Mall and thus Ridgemoor Center. Whole Foods in now under construction. With this sale now complete, Ridgemoor Center will receive significant new reinvestment both inside and out and will soon be home to a variety of businesses under the investment ownership of L. Walt & Associates, LLC.
