Bradley Company Names Kim Collins to Leadership Role

(Indianapolis, Ind.) Kim Collins has been named Executive Managing Director, Commercial Asset Services, Bradley Company announced today.

A property and facilities management leader with nearly 20 years of experience, Kim Collins comes to Bradley from a global commercial real estate firm, where she oversaw more than 17 million square feet of space in Indiana, and the associated functions that accompanied the portfolio. Collins also has extensive experience in managing high-profile properties, including those in the office, entertainment, retail, medical and industrial sectors. Her work for multiple firms during the course of her career has been centered in Indianapolis and the Midwest.

Collins is charged with leading and growing Bradley’s commercial property management and maintenance department, while supporting the commercial asset services division across Bradley’s current and emerging markets. She started with Bradley on Jan. 24, 2022 and is based in Indianapolis.

Collins also brings significant experience as a leader at both the local and national levels with commercial real estate professional organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  She is currently serving a two-year term as a member of IREM’s International Board of Directors and is a member of NAR’s Commercial Research Advisory Committee. Locally, Collins was the treasurer of the Herron Morton Foundation Board and served on the City of Indianapolis’ Building Efficiency Advisory Committee.

Bradley is in the process of completing its new central Indiana headquarters at Kittle Property Group’s newly developed The Kittle Building at 96th and Meridian. The 11,000 square foot site will be the home of Bradley’s operations, as well as an investment in future growth in the market.
