Bradley Company Names Chad Phillips as President of Growth and Development

(Indianapolis, Ind.) Indianapolis real estate executive Chad Phillips has joined Bradley Company as the President, Growth & Development, the company announced today.

Chad Phillips comes to Bradley Company having served in a number of leadership roles during his tenure in the commercial real estate service industry. Phillips most recently was the Midwest Regional Sales Director for a global firm, innovating and leading a number of business development initiatives for 12 markets. He also led operational strategies for 14 corporate markets, managed the Indianapolis office, and developed the operational sustainability standards across U.S. markets.

Phillips will be based in Indianapolis, where he will also lead our Indianapolis operations, managing our team of real estate professionals. He will draw on his extensive property management experience by closely collaborating with our commercial and multi-housing property management lines of business. Additionally, Phillips is filling a new role at Bradley, focusing on new market expansion and talent acquisition and development across our entire platform. He began his tenure on Jan. 10, 2022.

In addition to his experience with CBRE, Phillips also worked in procurement and regional operations for Simon Property Group, and property management and business development for Varsity Contractors, Inc. He is a graduate of Indiana University.

Bradley is in the process of completing its new central Indiana headquarters at Kittle Property Group’s newly developed The Kittle Building at 96th and Meridian. The 11,000-square-foot site will be the home of Bradley’s operations, as well as an investment in future growth in the market.
