(Grand Rapids, MI.) Bradley Company announced that its brokers Drew Nelson and Jeff Tucker represented the landlord of Cascade Center in two lease transactions. Located at 6242 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan, this multi-use shopping center will now be home to Broken Feather Brewing Supply Center and Rebel Nutrition. Existing tenants within the center include multiple restaurants, bars, and breweries, mixed with other retail-type establishments.
Broken Feather Brewing Supply Center is a retail store that stocks grains, malts, hops, beer kits, wine kits, honey for mead, and grape and other fruit concentrates. Owned by Terry and Colleen Bowden, this new concept will occupy 1,616 square feet of space.
