Derrick Neil, CPM^® joined Bradley Company in August of 2024 with the Commercial Asset Services team. Derrick brings over eight years of experience in commercial property management, as a Certified Property Manager^® who is active in both IREM Indianapolis and BOMA Indiana. In his current role as a Senior Property Manager, he drives asset value enhancement, business development, and success in financial returns & owners’ objectives.
